As I mentioned in Aria's 2nd birthday post, we decided to do a day out for her main present as I knew she would enjoy it way more and we can make memories while we are there. We chose Crealy as it's somewhere we've wanted to take them for a while - I have fond memories of going every summer holidays when I was little as we don't live a huge distance away so it seemed like a fun choice.
Crealy is said to be Devon's biggest day out and it was certainly one of the best days we've had in a while.
Aria actually had free entry as she was right on the line of the height measurement at 92cm (92cm and under are free) and I was a bit worried she wouldn't be able to go on any rides but I needn't have worried! She managed to go on 4 rides and there are lots more things to keep her occupied as well.
She went on the little safari train, the super subs, honey bee swing and dino jeep.
As well as these we also had fun looking around the animals and feeding them, going on the carousel and we spent quite a lot of time in the giant indoor play area with slides and arcades!
Lunch was a hit, I was impressed at the range of food available. We opted for 'carvery baguettes' while the girls got the lunch bags... complete with jelly and marshmallows for a birthday treat ;)
While Sienna was on some of the bigger rides with Warren, Aria and I took advantage of the beautiful day we got and explored the parks. There is lots to do even if your littles can't go on any rides.. obstacle courses, climbing frames and slides galore!
We left around 4pm as our energy was lagging after arriving about 10 and it also started to get quite chilly then. We got some delicious freshly cooked doughnuts to warm us up on the way home and it was the perfect end to a fab family day of fun!
