I know losing the baby weight is not at the fore front of most new mum's minds, however with our wedding happening just 7 months post-partum, I am already starting to think about how to get the weight off. I bought my dress before I fell pregnant and was at my 'best, 's I need to slim down in order to fit back into it and have it look how I remembered. I have a few things in place to (hopefully) help me get wedding ready and look as good as I did below.. (oh how I miss my old body!)
Belly Bandit
I am going to be packing the Belly Bandit in my hospital bag to use immediately after birth. It is used to help shrink your tummy and muscles back to wear they were, I've heard great things about it and seen some amazing before and afters so I am hoping this will help a lot!
Eating
I am trying to eat as well as I can during this pregnancy but once the cravings and insatiable hunger has (hopefully) gone, I am going to try and really buckle down on the clean eating. I really want to get Jamie Oliver's Everyday Superfood book so I can do some new recipes!
Exercise
Of course the main thing I plan on doing is getting the exercise back in once I am 6 weeks post partum. I'm too self-conscious for the gym and I'm pretty sure I won't have time for that either so I have looked into hiring gym equipment from Hire Fitness. It's a great way of being able to use the gym equipment to get the results but in the comfort of your own home! It's available in the UK and Ireland on www.hire-fitness.ie. I will also get back to doing some work out DVDs and videos on YouTube to mix it up a bit. I also have my Slendertone to help with the mum tum! I also plan on doing lots of walking with baby girl in the pram.

Breastfeeding
I am really hoping to breastfeed for much longer than the 2 weeks I managed with Sienna. I know it's better for the baby and it also helps you shed the baby weight quicker too apparently so I am hoping that will contribute to the weight loss!
I'm really hoping these 4 things will help me, I know I will have to get the balance right between eating enough to make milk to breastfeed but also not eating too much that I don't lose the weight. I'm hoping I won't be too exhausted to get the workouts in like I am now! Fingers crossed baby girl sleeps well like Sienna did. I'm not going to lie, I am slightly worried I will never look that good again!
Do you have any other tips?!
