The one thing I'm most excited about in the new house is the family bathroom. We have a full bathroom in this house, which is mainly used as Sienna's bathroom but I'm not a fan of it. It has no windows so there is no natural light and it always seems dingy and dark and there is carpet in there which is just hygienic and always looks grubby. Our new bathroom is the total opposite; it just feels clean and bright which I love.
I want to keep that feeling so I am going for all neutral accessories with a hint of the duck egg blue just to add some colour. We do have an en suite again with our bedroom, so it won't necessarily be a family bathroom, but it will be for the kids and the bathroom that guests use when they visit. I will also use the bath so I want to make it a bit of a relaxing space and have lots of candles in the window sill. I normally order my candles online or pick some up in the supermarkets. As long as they smell good I'm not too fussy on brands!
I'm going to get some white wicker baskets to store things like toilet rolls in so it doesn't look cluttered and I love this sunshine box from Primark.. I found it online but I bet they don't have it in my local store! That's always the way! Of course we will also have our favourite Child farm products for Sienna (& the baby when it comes along!). The Hair detangler is absolutely amazing, I can't believe how quick it works at detangling. I can't brush Sienna's hair without so we are always stocked up! We have also recently tried the Bubble bath for buccaneer's and it's our new favourite! It has the organic raspberry scent and smells incredible! I actually use it myself sometimes ;)
Around the sink I have some new hand products from the brand Humble. They are a natural eco-friendly range that offers luxury beauty for everyday use. I have the hand wash and hand lotion in the rose and frankincense and they really do smell luxurious. They launched into Waitrose in August and I really recommend trying them if you see them in there :)
