As a bride-to-be actively planning our wedding, BHS asked me if I would review their wedding range and of course, I couldn't say no! BHS offers a few different wedding items including bridal dresses, veils, coverups, shoes, tiaras, suits and wedding guest outfits, all at really reasonable prices!
I received 4 items, the first being this gorgeous Ivory box clutch bag. It's quite a light Ivory in person and I love how it is so simple but has a bit of detail with the criss cross effect. This could be for a bride, mother of the bride of even bridesmaid! It's a great size for all the essentials on the big day and does have a chain strap as well if you wish to wear it that way. This retails at only £16.00 which is great.
Next is this White rosebud ring cushion and I love it! I think it's so pretty with the rose detailing and the pearls, sometimes I do think pearls can look quite cheap but this is tastefully done with not too many, I love how they subtly catch the light. The RRP on this is just £12.00!
These pictures don't do this Silver floral cluster headband justice but believe me, it is stunning, I can't believe it is only £20.00! I'm not 100% sure how I want my hair yet for the wedding.. I didn't think I wanted a tiara or headband in my hair but this has made me doubt that decision! I will have to have a look on Pinterest and see if I can find a style I like that I could do myself.
Lastly, I received some bridal shoes. These are the Ivory Mayflower Ankle strap sandals and are a great practical shoe for your big day. They have the ankle strap to keep them secure on your feet and have added cushioned insoles with memory foam technology to make them more comfortable than regular heels. I love the 3D flower detail on the front, it's a little bit different from the standard diamantes or lace. These are priced at only £39.00, which for bridal shoes is amazing!
From what I have seen of the BHS wedding range so far, I think it's brilliant. They don't have a massive range but what they do have is priced so well, without compromising on the quality of the products. If you like simple, traditional pieces, definitely check out BHS wether you do or don't have a budget!
