What I've been loving lately!

Making ice lollies

This weather has been gorgeous and Sienna and I have been craving ice lollies so I made some healthier ones! These are just made from unsweetened apple sauce, a mango and some unsweetened almond milk. Yummy! I want to have a go at these and these soon!

Outside workouts

I've been doing a few of my workouts outside and it's been lovely! So nice to feel the sun on my skin and it's nice when there's a little breeze to cool me down as well. I've also been loving my new trainers. These are the Gola active calera trainers* in grey & pink and they are super lightweight and breathable which is perfect for this time of year. They're so comfortable as well, I haven't had any rubbing from them.

New dresses!

I love dresses for the hotter weather and my favourite style is skater dresses. This one is from House of Fraser (here)* and I love it! It's been the perfect dress for transitoning between the months. It's quite thick material so does give me some warmth if there is a bit more of a breeze or chill in the air but still looks more Spring like than jeans and a jumper!

This second dress* is a bit more suitable for the Summer and it's a bodycon style which isn't something I'm that used too but I don't think it looks too bad, it's quite flattering. I love the colours of this one and the collar, I think you could dress it up or down so is a good piece to have in the Summer wardrobe! It's available from Missi Clothing here!

TIU Bikini Series!

I've been a fan of Tone It Up for literally years, I found out about it when I was about 15 and it totally motivated me at the time to lose weight and it's where my love of fitness and nutrition came from. Although I did some of the workouts, I never really followed it however this year I have been trying to follow their weekly schedule for the Bikini Series and trying more of their recipes and I love it! (follow my new Instagram @sweatsmileeatrepeat for more fitness/nutrition posts!)

I'm really considering getting the nutrition plan, it does work out around £100 but that is for LIFE. You get every update and meal plans for however long you continue to do it. Considering I've already been a fan for about 8 years, I think it would totally be worth it and I know I'd use it and get my monies worth. I also really want to do the Bridal Edition before our wedding next year!

My Buddy-Box*

I recently received a My Buddy-Box and it's been so handy, especially for my grocery shops. I love to shop in Lidl sometimes but honestly, the buying bags and packing all your own shopping on their tiny  tills can be off putting. This will much easier with my buddy box, I can't chuck it all in there and carry it to the car. They're also so sturdy and great quality so I know it won't break on me half way across the car park! It's the perfect thing to have in the book of the car for picnics or groceries or whatever it comes in handy for! Find out more on their website here.

What have you been loving?
