Longleat!

On Sunday we headed to Longleat again and we finally made it! Third time lucky! It was a cold day but as you can see in some of the photos, we did get some blue sky and gorgeous sunshine every now and then. Sienna absolutely loved it! We went on the safari park in the car first and she giggled so much at the monkeys, it was so fun. After that we parked up and went into the actually bit around the house, they had the chinese lanterns up so it was all colourful and pretty as well as having christmas lights everywhere. We looked at some of the other animals inside before going for lunch in the Orangery which was gorgeous!

When we were full of tea and cake, we went to see the rest of the animals and then went into the house, they had a pantomime going on and Sienna got to meet Cinderella, her Prince and her fairy godmother as well as Scrooge and Little red riding hood. By this point she was super tired and daydreaming a bit, I don't think she could understand how she was meeting everyone from her books we read! haha! Warren and I also put a wish on the wishing tree while we were in there.

We didn't manage to book the Santa train as this close to Christmas it was fully booked, as was the Ice skating and everything else! But it doesn't matter, there is always next year!

We had such a fun family day out, it was lovely to spend time together and Sienna was so well behaved even though she hadn't napped all day and it was pretty cold. I'd definitely recommend Longleat, the safari drive around and walking with the penguins is something you don't get to do anywhere else!
