October Birchbox!

I realise I am a little lot late with this post but I had a few Sienna related dramas, one in the shape of an SD Card. She wiped the lot, eek! I had already ripped open my Birchbox and tried the contents before this happened so I couldn't just quickly snap some more. Luckily, my Dad came to the rescue with all his computer knowledge and managed to recover some of the photos (amazing huh?!). A couple of Birchbox photos were included, thank god! 

Inside October's 'Beauty Buzz' Birchbox* was;

Dr Brandt microdermasion skin exfoliator; I have actually just come downstairs from using this in my facial.  It's the first time I have used it so can't comment too much but after one application, I can say it has a very gritty feel to it which I personally like as it's more gentle on my sensitive skin. My skin feels very soft and looks fresher. So far, so good! 

Egyptian magic all purpose cream; This I haven't used yet but I have a feeling they will come in handy when travelling.  I love the fact they're all natural so I can use them on Sienna as well!

Dr Lipp Nipple Balm for Lips; This is a great product however, I am not sure if it is any better than my nipple cream I have left over from when I breastfed. It seems they have just taken regular nipple cream but labelled it as some kind of special 'lip' nipple balm. Seeing as it's more expensive than my Lansinoh, I probably wouldn't purchase it as they both do the same job and are pretty much the same product! 

KMS Hair Play; This was also featured in my Current hair and beauty favourites as it is just the best dry shampoo I have ever used. It is more than a dry shampoo, makeover spray is the perfect term for it as it helps spruce up day old hair. I have been using this most days!

Laura Mercier Foundation Primer; AH-MAZING! This stuff had been brilliant at helping my foundation stay on all day. It creates the perfect base and helps disguise the bigger pores I have on my cheeks. A must have product if you have skin on the oilier side! Featured in my Current hair & beauty favourites video. 

UltraDEX interdental brushes; These are a great addition to the Birchbox I think. Beauty isn't just about products and cosmetics, it is also about hygiene and looking after yourself. I had braces and like to keep my teeth as nice as I can so I will definitely be using these! 

theBalm Stainiac in BEauty Queen; This is the perfect Autumn shade. I have been using it on my cheeks and lips, not only is it quick and easy, it also ties the whole look together by being the same shade. It gives a nice flush to the cheeks and berry tint to the lips, lovely!
