Just a quick post today, although I'm sorry the pictures aren't great :( I even contemplated not sharing this at all but I think you can kind of see it! This bedside table wasn't the nicest but I liked the handle and the shape of the top. However, I smashed the glass on the top a while a go, whoops! Since it was a nice bank holiday this weekend, I took advantage of the fact Warren could help me out with Sienna a bit more on Monday and I got started on this.
I knew I wanted to do it an olive green although it doesn't look like it in the picture! It did come out a bit lighter than I wanted but I still like it and think it will work! I took the broken glass off the top & haven't replaced it. The whole thing is waxed so is waterproof anyway and I don't trust myself with anymore glass haha, I'm not the most careful of people!
I really like the finished look, I'm so glad I took the time to do this instead of throwing it out! I normally can't be bothered to do my own furniture haha! But now I'm on a roll and want to do it all!
What do you think? Have you done any furniture makeovers?
