Clinique haul, OOTD & youtube!

If you've seen my recent vlog on my youtube you will know i went shopping yesterday and got a few make-up items from Clinique! I was desperate for new foundation and concealer that did the job i wanted it to do!
I ended up with Clinique's perfectly real foundation and anti-blemish concealer.

This foundation is quite sheer but perfect as a base just to even out skin tone and cover redness. The concealer is amazing coverage and also helps to fight spots at the same time which is a bonus! I used them together today and loved the results!

I think it gives great coverage without being too heavy or looking overdone and matte.
I got some free products thrown in because of my purchases which i spoke about on my haul video, here's a closer look at the high impact mascara and the eyeshadow duo.

They are pigmented but as i don't usually go for pinks i used quite a light hand to give a softer colour payoff. I used the pink in the middle of my eyelid and the brown softly in the crease and outer corner. It gave a really soft daytime look but with enough definition. I just used a shimmer gold on the inner corner to compliment the golden undertones of both other colours.

My OOTD was matching in with the pink theme!

Just a simple long, plain black top, bright pink baggy cardigan and bootleg jeans. Accessorized with a bright flower scarf just draped round my neck. I love wearing scarves this way if i'm just going for a really baggy/casual feel. I get alot of compliments when i wear this scarf, it really spices up a simple outfit and adds a flash of colour!
